Angba, a native of Uchu, Yache in Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State, holds a BSc, Msc and Ph.D in the field of Agricultural Extension from the University of Ibadan. He equally holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and Management (PGD Mgt), a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar, as well as a Certificate and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Theology and Biblical Exegesis.
