The Paul University aims at nurturing and producing well balanced men and women, worthy in character and learning, who recognize and appreciate the dignity of work, and are able to see themselves as agents of change for development and for the common good. The University will concern itself with teaching, learning, and research for the attainment of excellence, particularly in the areas of Divinity, the Arts, the Sciences and Technology, to the end that it shall inculcate in its staff and students those higher values which are fundamental to moral, socio-economic, scientific and technological development of the society. Within the above framework, the University will: Contribute to the National effort in providing high quality university education devoid of avoidable interruptions. Build an academic community in which the youth can develop their full potentials under a moral environment. Advance the frontiers of knowledge through research in the various fields of learning in which the university has expertise, especially Theology and the Mathematical Basis of Technology. Grow and develop into a significant employer of labour especially for the host community, give and support public service, and foster co-operation with industries and international agencies.
