| Professor Uchefula Ugonna Chukwumaeze, Ichie Osinachukwu of Amucha- Ebeise, from Umuokpoko, Amucha-Ebesie, Njaba LGA of Imo State is a Ph.D holder in Law. Having made a 2nd class Upper Division in both Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State; and Nigerian Law School, Lagos, he was invited by Abia State University in 1995 to start a career as a lecturer. He rose through the ranks to become an Associate Professor in 2009 and a full Professor of Public Law in 2012. He is a knight of St Christopher in the Anglican Communion.
